City Code & Legislation

The Code of the City of Binghamton is modified from time to time by legislation which may either alter existing laws or introduce new laws. The Code is completely updated every few years in order to incorporate the changes that have been made. Below are links to the Code-affecting legislation that has been adopted since the last Code update. For copies of legislation that do not affect the Code, please contact the City Clerk's Office.

The City of Binghamton is currently in the process of updating the Code. While not yet available for online review, hard copies of the document may be found in the City Clerk's Office.
